1. Why am I unable to add a selected item to the cart?

This happens when you have not made all the relevant colours and sizes selections. If the problem persists, it means that the item you’re trying to buy is out of stock.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Any order can be canceled as long as it is still under processing and has not been shipped yet. Once it gets shipped, the delivery of the product can not be halted.

3. How to add or remove the item(s) in the cart?

Simply click on the “add to cart” button to add items to the cart. To remove, go to cart, select the item and click on remove from cart.
